Not sure if this is the right forum, but there is alot of traffic in here, so here goes...

He purchased transmitter and receiver from me. I forgot to put sync cables in box. Told him I would send him the cales. Says he still wants refund.

What say you....

Not that it matters, but he got transmitter and receivers for $75.00 off of what he would have paid for them if he purchased them new.

Mornin' Michael, I'd probably offer to throw a ten in with the cables...for his inconvenience. If he STILL wants a refund,
then I'd go that route...not worth a hit to your spotless feedback, eh?! GL

Give the refund...not worth the hassle if the buyer isn't being understanding about the situation. Remind him that a refund will not be forthcoming until you receive and have inspected the items, shipped at his expense...maybe then he'd prefer your offer to ship the cables. If he still refuses and would prefer the refund, give the refund and use the "Hide" button.

Sounds like buyer's remorse. There is a good chance a new crack has formed on the transmitter by the time you get it back.
