I ran across this program from a topic on LL. Has anyone else tried this automated software for MA testing and setting? http://www.reikan.co.uk/focal/
It only works for some Canon cameras and it is supposed to automate the MA settings using a target? I was just curious as there is no demo download I thought I would see if anyone else has tried it.
I've been using it since it came out a little more that a couple of weeks ago. It's great and far beyond anything else around, especially the pro version which has a fully automated MA process and prepares a .pdf test report. I've run two bodies and 18 lens runs. The results have been as good or better than the settings I had before, and the process has helped me understand and diagnose my lenses' AF behavior and performance much better than before.
The cost is so reasonable, there is little point in a demo program. There is enough information on the web site to make it clear what you are buying.
