You can check jpeg at ISO 100, 1600 and 12.800 and a raw shot @ 12.800 converted with Canons own Digital Photo Professional.
We are talking about some quick shots of flowers but it is obviously still possible to evaluate sharpness, detail and noise. All test samples are done with P program mode with the camera mounted on a tripod.
AFAIK these are the first shot with raw. You can send me a PM for further details.

Really ?? One NEVER sees that in any other camera...
What I meant to say was that the NR settings used in DPP were too strong. I prefer to see equal (if not zero) and better NR from ACR applied on different images used in comparisons.

I see a little loss of detail in the rose petal veining between ISO 100 and 1600 but thats it. Very impressive for a P&S! I really don't like using my 5Ds above ISO 1600 and don't like using my G10 above ISO 200.
I don't know anything about this proof-of-concept nonsense but as an upgrade for my G10 this one is looking fantastic. If the lens stands up to landscape resolution without a lot of flare or CA then I'm sold.
