p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Which connector to use for Einstein on a boom?

I'd like some recommendations on how to best connect my Einstein to my Avenger D600 boom arm. My first time out, I used a Matthews drop-down pin (http://bhpho.to/ztwnTm), and although I think it's a great solution for ease of (re)positioning, I was sweating bullets that the einstein (and beauty dish) would fall and hurt someone because of it's upside-down orientation. I think the Matthews pin is fine, but I was not filled with confidence in the Einstein's tension screw. I suppose a safety cable might be in order? In any case, would like to hear from other users with the same, or similar setups.

I use an extra grip head (Avenger D200) along with a pin (Avenger E650) on the end of my boom when I need to alter the direction of the stud. You can point it up, down, to the side, etc.

Thanks--I think that's likely going to be my solution
