Welcome - nice pics and tones. Let's see more.

I agree.
My only comments would be maybe to take the guy out of #1, the car is cool, he isn't.
On #3, I like how the blimp is off center (deny the center!), but it seems like it is "floating" (pardon the pun) in the frame, like maybe you were un-sure where to put it?
Tough shot to pull off sometimes.

I'm always more interested in what happens before the shutter is released than what happens after, but here's my quick critique of your processing-
#1- Perhaps a bit of gentle sharpening, and rotate a bit counterclockwise.
#2- Same thing as #1. I understand that getting in close, using a wide angle lens, and aiming slightly downward often causes distortion (in this case, the sides splaying out), so determining when the shot is "level" is difficult. My solution to this is finding a vertical line in the middle of the shot, and making sure IT is vertical. That will make the shot level- in spite of other lines indicating otherwise. Of course, this doesn't work for shots of the ocean's horizon, etc., but it would here.

Very nice conversions for your first time. Liking the first shot the best and you captured a nice look on the chrome. I agree with perhaps getting rid on the guy standing in the BG though. Keep them coming !
