When I try and open the file info in cs5, I only get a white pane that I have to use the escape key to exit from. I have searched for hours trying to resolve this with no luck. Anyone know how to fix this? 64bit win 7 OS.
Thanks for the reply. I have already tried that with no luck. I get the same blank window in both PS and bridge when I got to "file" then "file info" even though the meta data/exif info is visible in bridge. I just can't access the pages where you can make changes to the data like i could in CS3.
