I just reinstalled Photoshop and noticed that the images are pixelated at any preview % outside of intervals of 25% (25%, 50%, 75%, etc). If I have it at 33.33% the image becomes pixelated, but at 25% its fine..
I never noticed it before and was wondering if I changed a setting somehow. Any suggestions?
