Ok, my lenses are not 1 year old, and dust particles are getting in like magic.
The only lens that is affected iq-wise is the 85g, the "bokeh balls" sometimes gets a little dot, only when i get real close to the subject, not realy field relevant.
I know it is normal , and i hope i will get over it in time.
Anyone else have this problem with the nano primes ?
Its not a big deal, i'm talking about 1 particle and other 2 that are barely visible.

I will also consider the silence as an answer
When i saw the dot inside the bokeh balls i had the suspicion, later when i cheched the lens, yes it was there.

Care to show us an example? Im skeptical to believe a spec of dust is affecting any IQ

Those are not caused by dust balls. This circles you are seeing in that picture are a combination of lens design and a nasty background. A dust free lens would have the same issue.

I'm talking about those little black spots, in the bokeh circle

That's why I send all my glasses in every January routinely.

gx24, if you want to have a real 'lens dust heart attack', try shining a powerful white LED flashlight through the lens--any lens--and behold: All the dust in the world! Plus milkiness, occasional smears, and on the cheaper lenses, fingerprints.

I can see some people killing themselves after doing that.

I'm surprised no one posted this already:

Not exactly dust, but...
well, you get the idea...

I see the dust spots he's talking about. I experienced the same thing with a series of photos I took when my front element on my 70-200mm needed a cleaning.

The answer is to shoot and store gear in a clean zone, ISO 5 or better. Just don't go outdoors.

Yes it can happen, normally with rear element dust.

Hate to ruin your day, but I have never seen a Nikon lens that didn’t have dust in them. Including lens that have just come back from Nikon for a cleaning.

Yes, i also think there is no dust free lens ( visibile without flashlight ), at least after some use.
Every photographer at some point, will have the first "oh my god there is dust inside my lens" , now i have to accept the reality.

Problem solved, i was to busy looking inside the sens for dust, that i didn't see the piece of fabric OUTSIDE the rear element.

So, if the dust is on the rear element the bokeh circles will suffer.
