This is an image I came up with for the season. When I took the shot, some snow was blowing off some trees, which created the beautiful patterns on the horses. I added a similar lights pattern in red, and did a bit of masking to create the final image.

I like the horses and the snow, but the red color just bothers me for some reason, wish I could explain it. Maybe if it was green to represent pine or fir tres in the background? It just looks a little psychadelic. I'm sure others will think differently.

I'm 65 and know a bit about these things. Red may be okay for the china, (PUN INTENTIONAL!) but backgrounds should be green.

Thanks for the feedback. I made it as a Christmas card, so that's why I chose red. I'll try it in green and see what it turns out like.
