A little experimenting yesterday. BW and split toned version. The split tone loses a little something in the posting to web process.

I kind of like the split toned one. Very unusual. Nice job with the soft vignette.

I like the softness of this image juxtaposed with the harshness of the reality that the house's time has come and gone.... very nice.

Nice processing on both of them.
I prefer the B&W version. You always have an interesting sky in your images.

I too prefer the 2nd attempt. Very effective vision-like quality to it, almost like something supernatural was underway.

You have presented two nice images Klaus and I like them both.

#1 just has a great glow about it and is easy to look at

#2 in the brown tones is lovely, whole image in those may even be worth the look at?
I happen to like the inclusion of the stormy blue, it is a good mood adder IMO

The split tone for me, as Karl said it seems to encompass the whole image, totally different feel to it than the first image.
