I am considering changing at least one of my Canon bodies to a video capable cam. My trusty 40d would probably be the one to trade. I like the 40d for what it is. For me, it has always provided a decent mojo, and good performance for the price. Now the question:
Could anyone offer a comparison of the T2i and 40d
I've got a T2i and I had a 30D. The interface, size and handling of the 30D was WAY better. I really miss the thumbwheel on the back. As far as video goes, the T2i is pretty nice. But I would try the interface in a store to see how you like it.
BTW, the only reason I have a T2i is I use it for my P&S. I also have some 1DXXX bodies.
