Ugh, they expect a manual calculation. I find it very difficult to answer as most multiple choice results are more than one or all of the above.

They expect you to count a single point for each time Answer #3 seems the best. Sophisticated math, I know, but it seems to me that you could use your fingers to keep track of how many times you'd chosen #3. That way, you'd be making a digital calculation.
