Shot some hand-held (all 100/2.8, mostly at 2.8, on a 1ds2). I've tried moving away from worrying less about focus and more about what's not in focus. Thoughts?
The first two are superb examples of what you describe you are trying to accomplish (IMO only). Lots of shape and color, with nothing sharp really standing out. The rest of the set seems to be more like "regular" shots. That being said, they are also well executed and pleasing to view. Nice and smooth. Especially like that last dragon. But overall, I like the first two best. Well done.
