I have 243 days left of my membership for being able to list items in the buy and sell section, but all of a sudden I cannot post a new topic there....could someone key me into why I have an X there? Thank you

If you see this this button:
...in place of the "New Topic" button, it is because members need to wait 8 hours before posting again. We allow one listing every 8 hours. We do that to balance the number of posts showing on the first page for each member.
