I actually like the widest the best. There's more context and I think the irony works better. I like it, it made me think of Eliot Erwitt's work.

I like the door to the past idea.
Minor nit: I think the image needs to be rotated about 1 degree clockwise, because the shingles, roof, and door frame are not level.
