Brand New. Just received it yesterday but I decided against it as I prefer a backpack style. I will return it on Monday via FedEx but AvidMax (Ebay seller) is whacking me a $10 return fee. I paid $90. It will cost me $20 to send it back (The $10 they will charge me plus my shipping cost of $10). So here is the deal, If someone wants this and I can net $70 in my pocket it is yours. Rather pass on the $10 savings here then to the dealer.
