Haven't been garnering much attention so far .... now even lower price.
Hi,
I'm selling my D70s along with a couple of extras that go with it. The D70s body in really nice shape...I'd call it an 8 or 8.5 physically. Plus I have a set (suit?) of camera armour (it's a neoprene shell that protects the camera from abuse...kind of cool). Additionally, I have a third party battery grip. This battery grip will hold an extra battery for longer shooting time and provides a little more heft with larger lenses. Unfortunately, the vertical shutter release does *not* fire. I even bought an extra little cable to see if that was the problem but it still didn't work. So please just consider this a battery pack not a vertical release...but who knows? maybe somebody more electronically inclined than I can get it to work. I'll ship it in a nice Lowepro bag if you like or the original packaging, it's up to you. I'll pay the paypal fees, you pay the shipping.
I've gotten a lot of emails and even one phone conversation asking what lens is included with this kit on my CL ad. I"ve decided to add the 28-80 3.3-5.6 AFG lens to the mix. It's a small and capable lens.
I'm asking $250 for the whole lot.
D70s body
nikon body cap
manual
battery (+1 in the grip)
charger
nikon strap

D70s camera armour
Nikon 28-80 3.3-5.6 AFG
Will be in Seattle are for the next couple of weeks...
Was planning on bringing my D40 (my business trip camera) but instead I could bring this camera and lens (not boxes though). If anyone here is interested in this camera we could meet near the end of the trip, it would save any paypal fees and shipping. Plus .... I'll buy the coffee. Always enjoy a good photography chat over a cuppa coffee.
Let me know.

ps. I'll be posting some questions in the landscape forums about photo-destinations as I'm lucky enough to have some weekends off and will be willing to travel. Off topic in buy and sell but if anyone wants to throw in some good (great?) photo destinations or know of group shoots it would be greatly appreciated.
