Hi, I was wondering briefly how old the lens is, how long any warranty would still be valid, how heavily you've used it and why you're parting with it? Also, I have to admit that I'm newly trying to branch away from kit, and, while I've done some renting, I was wondering what you found this lens was best at and where it was wanting?
The lens has been manufactured in 2005.
The external and internal glasses are mint, as well as the AF mecanism.
The manual focus and zoom rubber rings show some minor wear of normal use.
The hood have really minor wears from normal use.
Concerning the warranty, I couldn't tell you.
I am selling the lens to fund a trip.
This lens is the perfect walk-around (if you don't mind the extra weigh
Just to be 110% honest with everybody, there are some (2~4) very very very small dust particles inside the lens body. Can barely be seen under direct light (almost impossible to photograph). It does not affect picture quality at all. The lens have always been babied carefully.
