Leitz Summicron R 1:2, 50mm. It's a two-cam lens with model 12564 hood and 14160 filter ring. Generic front cap for the hood, no rear cap. Focus is smooth, no fungus, haze or discernable cleaning marks on glass. Aperture blades are oil free and work smoothly. Exterior/barrel shows some marks from handling/use, but overall the lens looks great.

For an extra $15 I will include the Leica R to m/43 adapter shown in one of the pictures.
