this is in like new condition with box and all originals. i barely used this thing for my LX3. comes with all caps, a generic DMW-LA4 adapter (which was originally sold separately), lens, bag, instructions, box. this is not a 3rd party knock off. this lens is the genuine one made by panasonic. originally bought brand new and maybe used 5 times. i just dont use this thing enough to justify keeping it around.
