p.1 #1 · WTB: Zeiss Contax lens for parts (bayonet) OR FS: Distagon 25/2.8
What I need: a Zeiss C/Y lens in rough/parts condition for its 3-screw triangle bayonet mount (3, not 4 or 8, only Zeiss unfortunately)
Sad story: Was cleaning my 25/2.8 Distagon and one of the screwdrivers I was using was a bit too cheap for that screw, and I ended up with 1 shiny new awl and a headless screw. In my infinite genius, I tried swinging the bayonet around on this last screw to remove it...and the bayonet turned out to be a soft metal as well...and is now missing 2/3 of the ring. Now other than that and a tiny scratch on the front ring, it's in great condition and mounts/mates securely with the HappyPageHK EOS adapter.
So, I need either A) a very cheap & broken CZ C/Y lens with the 3-screw bayonet, or a buyer who wants a really good deal on a 25/2.8 Distagon as I've gotten out of Canon, then out of Nikon, and am currently shooting a Hexar and a Minolta CLE. Make an offer either way!
Now other than that and a tiny scratch on the front ring, it's in great condition and mounts/mates securely with the HappyPageHK EOS adapter.
