I have a nice and sharp Nikon 300mm afs lens. Lens has signs of wear. No original box or packing. Lens comes with generic front and rear caps. Focus is lighning fast and accurate. There is an occasional "whistle" when the lens focuses that is apparently common with afs lenses. Lens is in good shape overall. It has wear marks here and there on the barrel, but glass is clean. Some dust inside which affects nothing. Great price on a great lens. Ship con. US only. Price includes shipping but paypal is extra.Forgot to mention comes with tripod mount. I probrably should be a little more specific. I have had some concerns about the whistle noise. When I said "occasionally" I didn't mean every few focus attempts. Actually I have very rarely heard the noise. I believe in full disclosure thats why I stated that. The last 100 or so pics I took I may have heard it once. And when it happens it is only when the lens goes all the way to infinity and back. That is the only time I have heard it.

someone should snatch this up QUICK! it's a steal. i'll vouch on the noise that it's nothing to worry about. it's common to AF-S lenses here and there.
Wish I had a reason to buy this, miles is a great seller, I bought a 300 2.8 from him it was a beautiful lens and a great price, then I sold him my 70-200 2.8 without any problems
This is a fantastic lense at a great price, I got mine about 9 months ago, and paid £600 for a import lense, uk retail is about £900. This lense is very fast & sharp and mine works great with a 1.4 tc.
