This is the largest Toploader in the series. It can handle a pro camera with a 70-200mm f2.8 lens attached (hood must be reverse mounted).
It also has a rainshield that can be put over the bag as well (see photo below).
A chest harness is included as well as a normal shoulder strap. Two "cinch" straps are also included and currently attached to the bag's sides.
Extra "Street and Field" series lens cases can also be attached to the two sides of the bag to expand it's capability.

This would be a great bag for someone who uses their 70-200mm lens on their camera a lot and need to transport it. While the chest harness is a great idea, remember that a standard shoulder strap is also included. You can see a picture of the shoulder strap on the bag in the first photo above. It's not a cheap shoulder strap but rather a substantial padded one with metal attachment points (not plastic.)
There is also a lens divider included that will allow smaller lenses to be stacked within the bag. You can put one in the bag and then put the divider and then the other can be mounted on your camera for fast use.
I see this as a great camera bag for sports shooters who need quick access and transport of their 70-200mm lenses while on the camera body.
By the way, I'm in a non-smoking home and the bag has been stored in a Lowepro plastic bag and in a sealed shipping box.
