Bought this on 05/16/08 from Competitive Camera brand new (US Model with paperwork, blank warranty card, AC adapter, 100% chargeable "1" 'as new' battery, Nikon strap, body cap, LCD protector, plastic baggies, etc). Paid $1699.
I also bought a 3 year ($349) diamond Mack warranty that covers accidental damage (being dropped), sand, and any other defects or failure (only thing it doesn't cover is water damage or theft).
The camera is FLAWLESS! 100% MINT there is not a scratch, rub mark or missing paint anywhere on the camera. this could definitely pass as a brand new. I do have and am including everything the camera came with as it were new.
I can guess that there are about 18k on the shutter (camera is only 4.5 months old). I have perfect feedback on here and have many people that can vouch for me. Most D300s are selling for about $1300, but my camera is a little newer, is in MINT condition and has the receipt and blank warranty card, and also has the $349 Mack warranty (it IS transferable). I'm asking $1400 FIRM. This is an excellent deal!!! No need for pics, it looks like a brand new D300. [email protected]
lol, i copied and pasted from another photo forum where my feedback is perfect. the negative I have on here is because I forgot to send a lens hood with a lens (70-200 2.8 Canon). i did send the hood, but the buyer already left negative feedback before he received the hood (you can PM him to verify).

I personally know Jacob and will put my reputation out there for him, because he is an honest & hard working guy who will make sure your taken care of.
It appears to me you should have just PM'd him to verify rather than make an opened neg comment w/o doing your homework. If you have nothing good to say about someones post about selling an item, you should either report to proper authorities or confirm with seller in private. Its in the rules & guidelines.
