One Carl Zeiss Distagon 2.8/28mm lens with a Camera Quest CY adapter (attach to Canon EOS body). I purchased the lens used last year and bought the adapter ring new ($175.00) at the same time. The ring has been on the lens since I bought it. It is in very good condition except for a very small nick on the outside top of the lens (you can see it on one of the photos below). Other than that mark it is in excellent condition. The lens and ring comes with both caps, pouch, box and paperwork.
