This is a very sharp Canon 200mm 2.8L mk1 (with built in hood) lens with hard case and Hoya super hmc uv filter. Cosmetically near mint. This lens is a UJ date code, 12 years old, but the same optically as the mk2 version with detachable hood. Sharpness doesn't improve by stopping down, 2.8 is a dream. Its nice that this lens is much smaller, lighter, cheaper and sharper than the L zooms.
