June 2026 LRC/PS updates ... faster Denoise measurements for Mac M with Neural Engine


Edit, see post # 8 for data showing improvements on M1 Max MBP. Please add your data if possible

Several places posted yesterday that LRC and PS have new updates (EDIT .. some time this week).  Adobe is showing nothing YET though. 

Then I saw this snippet on a tech site;
"It also introduces an improved Denoise tool made specifically for Apple silicon Macs, which makes performance up to 3.6 times faster. It also offers a slider that lets users adjust the noise level with no extra processing required."

DPR has an article though no mention of the Denoise speed.

The slider has been around for the last 1-2 revs. I hope that it's due in a day or so.  I was about to buy a new M5 Macbook Pro but if Denoise is 3.6 x faster I'm not sure I will.
