I bought a Voigtländer 40/2 Ultron SL II and a Voigtländer 90/3,5 Apo-Lannthar SL II with Canon mount this morning in a Bangkok shop. Good prices here also. $ 850 for both lenses

Olympus OM Zuiko 21mm f2.
Less than half of eBay current price, but with the "price" of a beat up body specially on the front part where the filter ring was severly damaged and has a "wavy" shape and some small scratch on the front (luckily no scratch on the rear). But still produces stunning images
It's not a mint lens, but at least finally I can get one of my dream lens with more affordable price

Great little lens...I picked one up a few months ago and had it converted to EOS by Jim Buchanan. I was actually surprised by the physical size of this lens (expected it to be larger). Great lens, very, very sharp. Good luck with it.

Bah. Contax G90 and G45, and an OM 50 3.5 macro. The mind control chip in the NEX 5N made me do it. It really wants a Minolta 24/2.8, too. The little bugger...

Thanks Mike. The Polish postal tracking system shows it going into customs there on 23 Dec, but I'm still waiting... meanwhile I also bought a CZ 50/1.7
A friend reckons you should buy a single lens at a time and enjoy that before moving to the next purchase - lot of wisdom in that, not least cashflow!

Now going off to walk around Canberra'a Lake Burleigh Griffin, with 5N and Elmarit-R 28/2.8 on the front (not the better model, but it's still good).

I am approaching to complete my little Contax N lens collection. Already have 17-35 & 24-85, a week ago have received converted 50/1.4, yesterday got converted 85/1.4 (it is the diamond!), waiting for 100/2.8 macro from Japan and will send it to conurus for conversion. Maybe I`m crazy, but the possession of these lenses give me comfort. :-)

I'll end up with a 28. SIGH. I am trying to decide if I want G's or CY's - going to try the G's first and then decide. CY 28 would be nice for use on the 5D2.
The NEX mind control chip apparently made my almost new Canon 50 1.4 commit suicide (weakling!). It wants another alt 50, too.
