I also got one partially on Phillips recommendation and it's a spectacular lens. So far field curvature isn't near as bad as I feared.
Zeiss ZF 35/2 came in today, Is looking forward to comparing the two of them. The Ultron is smaller, the Zeiss focuses a lot closer natively.

Phillip, I bought the CV 35/1.7 Ultron on your recommendation. Little did I realize that you had returned it, but I feel validated knowing that you have re-purchased it. Actually, I already felt validated just from using the lens. Despite its flaws on A7x cameras, it is one of the best 35s out there.

The last piece of the Novoflex jigsaw puzzle arrived today, the Pigriff-B focus-grip.
I can't fit it to my Pentax K-1 yet, as the eBay supplier happily took payment while awaiting stock from Novoflex- still waiting! 😤
My naïve purchase of a A$160 lens became A$533 after all of these necessary components were added 😳
Here is the assembly (lens being the Noflexar 400 f5.6) on my old LeicaflexSL.

Absolutely! This one will be very carefully used at a nature reserve and I might even talk to the visitor centre rangers first, to warn them of a gunlike camera in operation!

Not a purchase, but I have a Canon FDn 28mm f/2.8 on its way to me, care of another member of a forum my wife is on. Started as a "do people use film gear any more, or should I just throw this stuff away?" Even though the Sony FE 28mm f/2 is a near-perfect 28mm for my purposes, I've always wanted to try the Canon FDn 28/2.8.

Picked up two lenses this weekend at National Camera Exchange. Whenever I'm in the Twin Cities visiting relatives, I try to check Natcam's used listings - their used MF lenses are usually fairly priced, and sometimes you come across a pretty good deal.
- Canon FDn 135mm f/2.8 - I've been wanting a light 135mm f/2.8 (or faster) with a built-in hood, narrowed it down to the FDn, Nikkor AI-S, or Olympus OM. I think the OM is 30g lighter, but the FD is impressively small and light. It might replace my OM 200mm f/5 for those times when I want a tele in my back pocket. A compromise between 90mm and 200mm. Looking forward to trying it out some concerts.
- Minolta MC Rokkor-HH 35mm f/1.8 - Big, heavy, and beautiful. Lovely lens. I'll probably end up selling it due to size and weight, but the images it makes really are lovely. Contrast and detail are quite good in the center wide open, quite a bit better than I was expecting for a fast wide this old.
Almost picked up a Nikon 105mm f/2.5 AI'd for a $40, but held off for now. They listed it as having "separation," but I'm not seeing it, just the usual dust. If it's still there, I might grab it when I'm back down in the Cities for Christmas. Been wanting to try one of those for a while, even though I suspect I'll still want to stick with my Contax G 90mm f/2.8.
I received the Canon FD 28mm f/2.8, slightly bummed that it turned out to be the FD SC rather than the FDn, but who am I to complain! Going to pay it forward - someone else on that forum was looking for an old Apple Newton to play with, and I've got a few lying around.

Nice list. I also have the Minolta MC Rokkor-HH 35mm f/1.8. I had it converted to the Canon EOS mount a few years back. This was major surgery and it still really can't focus at infinity with a FF Canon body. However I just bought my first mirrorless body, aR7II, and all my old manual focus lenses are getting another fresh look. Lots of fun. The Minolta MC Rokkor-HH 35mm f/1.8 is a beautiful lens with silky smooth focus action. Its a little heavy but worth it my book. I like the look at f/2.8.

+1
I love the look at f/2.8 especially when combined with an Elpro 4 close-up lens.

I have a Schneider Kreuznach 90mm f4.5 Digitar in Copal 0 shutter (7 iris aperture blades) coming to use with my A7r cameras and my Cambo Actus camera. This will add to my kit for the system and will provide better Bokeh than my Apo Enlarger lenses and many of my Large Format and even my Leica R 28mm f2.8 Super Angulon lens which have only 5 aperture blades.

I was doing well on my self-imposed lens moratorium, but the glut of lower-priced APO-Summicron-M 75's on the used market tested that resolve. The availability of a like-new local copy snapped it completely.
So, next year, if you see me whining on the boards about not having the funds for a Fuji GFX, please point me to this post and tell me, "You have no one to blame but yourself, you spoiled man-child."

Nikkor-P.C 10.5cm f/2.5 in LTM mount. Heavy with a very long focus throw but the built-in tripod foot plus a grip handle make it easy to use with the Techart PRO.

After having too many 28mm and 50mm lenses, I extend my "lens problem" to the 35mm range...
But that one doesn't pop up too often so I couldn't resist.
Nice! I would be interested in seeing some pics from that lens. I wonder how it compares to the Minolta MC Rokkor-HH 35mm f/1.8 performance wise? I know the Pentax is quite a bit smaller...
