Got a Voigtlander VM-E II adapter this weekend for my A7R. Sadly most of my RF lenses all fall into the corner-smearing group, so it looks like I'll be using the adapter a lot less often than I'd like to.
Works well with the CV 15/4.5, but I'm lazy to fix the colour cast. 50 Lux Asph and CV 50/1.5 Nokton are ok... but don't perform as well as natively on the M240. CV 75/1.8 Heliar is probably the best-performing lens I have in this scenario, so it'll be my portrait lens on the A7R.

The latest Hawk's Factory helicoid has an adjustable infinity lock so you can set a hard stop infinity for any adapted lens. It's also well baffled and doesn't cause vignetting on 135 and longer lenses. Unfortunately, I had to send mine back (it had a little up and down play on the camera mount side with both my a7 and a friend's 7 and 7r). I'm going to wait a few months for a new production run and give it another shot then.
In the meantime, I found a Summicron-M 50 v5 at a price I couldn't pass up. It's the only Leica M lens I own that was manufactured in this century (this decade, even). I've had a couple of v3's that were good, but I wanted the updated optics from the 1977 redesign but didn't want the focusing tab of the v4. The built-in hood of the v5 is just gravy.

Picked up a GXR with viewfinder and M mount for next to nothing a week ago.
Realized I didn't have any lenses for it and in the search for a viable M mount lens I happened upon a Summilux R80/1.4 ... ...rummaged around in the miscellaneous box and dug out a Leica R - to M adapter and got in the car and picked up the lens on the way to work. Not quite what I had in mind but still.

After asking you guys repeatedly about which macro lens to get, decided on the Leica R 60. Found one here on the B&S and decided to keep the purchase in house and help out the community. Got it with the extender as well, have to get used to how close it will allow me to focus. Slapped on a Metabones Leica R to E mount adapter and I'm set. The adapter is a little tight fit on the body but hopefully it'll loosen up a little bit after use. Looking forward to my very first Leica lens and my first real hand at macro photography, very excited. Hope I don't get too hooked on Leica R glass.

Wow! That a beast on the a7(r) with the extender and R-E mount adapter. Congrats on your purchase and cheers to your future R purchases. Muwahahaha (*evil laugh*)

Just paid for another Schneider Kreuznach f4.5 105mm Radionar lens.
This time, it's attached to a mint Franka Rolifix I 6x9 folder.
This will be great!

...resistance is futile and just be thankful you are tempted by L-R not L-M!
Congrats. I have the same combo and it rocks!
I haven't yet tried mine on my A7R, but it gives great results on the 5D III (which is very likely to be for sale soon).
