The last image is interesting.. Lefse is something that is traditionally made in Norway, the word "lefse" is actually Norwegian. Some old relatives of mine used to make it. A product called "Vestlandslefse" is commercially sold here and can be eaten as a fast meal.
Bjornthun, In Minnesota it is considered a Scandinavian food more than a Norwegian food. My mothers parents were Norwegian and she made the lefse in our house.
