It's the "DNG Flat Field" plugin. It's simpler to use than Cornerfix because I just select the images and go to the plugins menu and pick the calibration image, and off it goes. With Cornerfix I'd have to write down the file numbers, go run Cornerfix on them, then import the results into LR.
So far, it's perhaps different, maybe better. I've had a hard time getting all of the edges (more so than corners) properly fixed with Cornerfix. The LR plugin is more consistent across the image; the results seem to actually have a slight magenta hue spread out more, but one bump of the WB slider fixes that.
Not sure yet how it compares speed-wise to Cornerfix.
Got a NEX 5N a couple of weeks ago, been without a camera for 6 months past that point (was stolen along with my C/Y 50/1.7, Nikkor 28/2 and Nikkor 105/2.5) and it was horrible. But here are some of the stronger photos I've taken since I've bought the 5N...
These are a mixture of images taken with a Canon FD 50/1.8 and Minolta 28/2.8

Charlie - great stuff. Love the last one especially. You might try cropping out the foreground. Personally I like the low contrast look. Beautiful light, just beautiful.
