Yep. I've not done any real "testing" with it, and I've looked at 100% crops of some pictures and seen some smearing in the corners but I can't be sure it was in focus. I do have a couple pictures that I believe I shot at f/16 that are great all the way out to the corners, in fact I've got 20x30 prints of them up on my walls now.
@ uhoh -- nice goat shots, I'm envious. I've come across them in the Wallowas in eastern Oregon, but I never can get close proximity before they make a deliberate exit.
@ Jim -- I really like the mantis shot. They always have such poise, very worthy of the dramatic lighting.

Better lucky than good-eh?
TY sir---if not for you would never have taken it. There is just no overstating the zm18 out of doors. I'm liking the FOV more and more. I would really like to find a cv 12, as the sony is a bit iffy, and my sigma 8-16 is heavy. I can still visualize your paris shot with the zeiss
Today I gave my contax 100-300 a real workout at the barn and hope to get some more fall shots this evening.

Agreed! And yes I'm very happy with the super-elmar. I actually had the zm 18 on my wish list for a long time, in a large part due to your (uh-oh's) pictures with it :-) But then the 21SE came along and stole me away.
