A few impressions from our weekend in the Sequoias. The weather sucked
- it was sunny, but it was great anyway. All taken with my Leica M lenses -
28 Cron, 50 Lux, 90 Cron AA and 135 Telyt on NEX-5N

Sebboh, thanks for the info, I will give it a shot. I have been trying to stitch panos from the Rokkor 58/1.2 and the Nokton 40/1.2 unsuccessfully. I will give it a try with the Contax G 90 (not the widest aperture lens, but the longest focal length I own right now).
sweet! thanks for the link, i'll be ordering one shortly.
the contax g 90 ought to be pretty good, i've had the most luck doing narrow dof panos with my samyang/rokinon 85/1.4. the focal length is just about right and the bokeh is very uniform. the rokkor 58/1.2 has somewhat swirly cat's eye bokeh wide open, which will cause a lot of trouble for photoshop. if you stop it down to f/2 you might have better luck though.
great eclipse shot. twin peaks (where my last pano was from) was packed with people shooting it today when i went by, but i didn't have time to stop myself.
