Wow! So many fine images that I can't mention every one that deserves it. But at least mnscott, mike, sebboh, uhoh, cavewalker can consider themselves congratulated...:-)

On my side, I gave up on my Contax 21mm G, and on a ZM 25mm, both really delightful lenses, because of colour shift.
I've also determined that the Contax G 21mm is really not very usable. The color shift issues seem to be fairly complex. I haven't even tried Cornerfix yet, but I don't think its going to solve all the issues. It's an outstanding lens on FF film, but up against an APS sensor, it's too much for the sensor to handle effectively.

beautiful images. how do you guys hold these cameras? it would seem with the alt glass that you are front heavy and pretty much holding by the lense?
up to about 350 grams (lens) you hold as normal--works fine. Of course the shorter the better, but you can point a OLY 135, f/2.8 with one hand and shoot--easy.
Above that you hold by the lens body which is fine--you quickly become used to it.
Well you CAN.....hehe, some whine to high heavan about it.
I still enjoy using 21G, because it is so wide - decent for portraits of kids I think. I am now also testing canon FD 24mm f1.4, it might become my preference soon.
here is one with Contax G 45mm:
crazeaz, I don't use heavy and large lenses (Zeiss ZM are neither), but I still hold the camera from the lens, because I shoot it at waist level. To get more stability, I use the 2-second delay.
Nice shots, Edgars! Still, the colour shift is visible, even if you are cleerly choosing situations where it will show less. The quality of the lens is showing as well...
Thank you, Philber. the use of this lens is limited, but for me as a collector, it is special nevertheless. Surprisingly though it is quite nice when shooting video on nex-3.
That makes sense, Edgars. Many don't realize that the NEX actually crops more when entering video mode, making it around a 1.9x crop. That effectively crops out the problem edges. Works well with the Sony 16mm, too.
Interesting, Edgars, your pics have, at least to my eye, a sort of green-yellowish cast that I have noticed on my pics with Contax 25mm and with ZM 25mm, but not all the time. It must have something to do with the white balance of the Sony when the picture gets wide, don't you think?
I will get the picture this weekend hopefuly, Uhoh7!
Philber, my processing skills are very rudimentary, I should play with the balance a bit more. It could be Sony sensor as well. In general, I prefer canon output in RAW, but it is very likely just the fact that I have used it for much longer.
