I've just bought the 24mm f/1.4 L MkII and it had a CD in the box with all the lens manuals on it. No hard copies now it seems, but I'm a man, we don't read manuals anyway!

When you mean all the lens manuals do you mean even the discontinued lenses?
Must be cheaper to bundle CDs than paper manuals

There's some discontinued EF lenses on it, but I haven't really had a good look as to what exactly.
