Scott: Great to hear from you. I am glad you like the pictures. You should come and visit and see in person some time. Thank you for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
Really, really nice! #4 is my favorite: a great sky and a terrain that leads you from the foreground to the mountains makes it a very pleasing composition.
Mark: It became cold and rainy and, that combined with 3 days without a shower, made it easy to leave. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
Brian: It is a fantastic location. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
1szfitsAL: I shot 3 shots - 2stops over and under plus regular, all raw. I processed the regular to the best of my ability in Photoshop. I took the 3 shots, used photomatix and enhancer with saturation turned down a bit to creat a hdr tiff. I then adjusted the hdr tiff in photoshop to best I could. I then clicked on top left corner arrows (to select move) and pressed shift and dragged the regular single image on top of the hdr tiff, since they were on a tripod and exactly the same spot they matched. I then faded the opacity on the single image by about 1/3. Thats what I meant by 2/3 1/3.
Glad you liked them. Thanks Scott
tgrando: Rory is fine. He told me he ran into you in Peru. Someday I will go as well. Rory is well and back at school to be an engineer. Glad you liked the pictures. Thank you very much. Scott
