lack of accessories sometimes is related to gear that was stolen, especially when gear is under price from the rest of the market. In that case i would definetly see how that's reason, however due to the feedback history it's decently safe to assume no such deal here. however it's the internet, feedback imo is redundant, look at what happened to eBay.

You don't want your item to be confiscated when you send it to Nikon don't ya? Body with battery but nothing else? Even though is it's a good deal but you should at least wonder why it doesn't come with anything else except for the body and battery.
