Nice display with the 300/4.5 AIS.
I am in downsizing mode and getting rid of some kit in order to raise some funds.
My copy of this lens and the TC-301 were next on the list but given your recent shots maybe I need to reconsider that decision.

Thank you Colin for the keysearch TC-301
Do google it and realize it was discontinued. In fact, I tried to attach recent TC14 but unable to.

There is something very striking about this photo - that flower lept right out of the screen at me! Beautiful!
Oh yes. It is water lily to elaborate the capture.
Thanks for your comment.
Its been awhile since we have had any decent light here. Cloudless and sunny today, so went exploring another local reservoir (Ninepipe Wildlife Reserve). It was good to finally get out again!
Sorry for the repetitive subject matter - sunset Mission Mtns, Montana.
Magnitector man
Spent early AM time in the Nha Trang beach, caught this guy incidentally doing his ferrous metals detection, volunteer work for community.
And an appreciative photo allowed, there you go.

Did someone say TC-301?
Saw this in the thread and grabbed the 300mm/2.8 AI and TC-301 and went outside. First snowflakes of the year and we had a bluebird in the backyard. So just grabbed this shot to cast more doubt to Colin about getting rid of gear
Too late! My downsizing is gathering momentum. Just sold the D80 IR that has not been used since I got the D7100 upgrade. Then there is a mint Canon AE-1 program film camera with a couple of lenses. The Canon belonged to my father. He never used it. Some AF Nikons are on eBay as well. So now my attention is turning to under used MF glass. Not that I have a whole lot compared to some! Nevertheless my little collection is going to be slimmed down over the next few weeks to just the handful that I always reach for.

I keep saying I am going to, but then days like this come along and I pull out something I haven't shot or touched in months. Then I start all over again
