The rocky beach at the inland sea on Gozo was last visited about 48 years ago when I had the pleasure of the company of two girls, one of which became my wife. Sunbathing on the rocks ..... not comfortable .... but fun !!
Fisherman mending his tangled nets .... I think that is a major job for them on a regular basis.

My finite mind cannot see how this resolves well, other than if both sides kind of "settle in" and let things drift back to the old "usual". I pray and hope that there's much better minds and hearts working at it in HK.
I went out this saturday on a solo hike in a nice nature reserve. The reserve consisted of two islands on a big lake, more or less untouched from forestry and such it was such beautiful unspoiled nature. I had a great day out there by myself. Here´s a few shots from my hike.
Nikon 16mm f/3.5 AI on D810, this summer on Muir Pass, August 19 just after midnight as the moon came across the Sierra crest behind me, illuminating peaks and valleys to my west and northwest. The John Muir Trail runs through that valley. Taken from a granite block with self-timer release.
