This person was hard to say it was just blissful unawareness. He thumped me several times on my left side before he shoved his body in front of me. I should have called one of the docents over.

I get quite a bit of that at car shows, which is why I use 24mm instead of longer focal lengths. Not being rude so much as just being blissfully unaware, which I have found is pervasive in all walks of life.
I am sorry to report that I will not be going to Havana,Cuba on the 17th
Thanks to your president
Off to the Bahamas again unless he decides were not allowed to go there either
NCL is giving me 50% of my money back and 50% off a future cruise
if I go ahead with the changes
or I can get a 100% refund and stay home
hard to pass up the first offer

There is an article in the current issue of the New York Times by an art reviewer who spent an extended time at the Museum of Modern Art viewing a Vincent van Gogh painting they feature in one of their galleries. It was a Friday afternoon and the place was jammed. The article was really about viewing in the midst of crowds... something you're talking about in a different venue. The day I saw the painting, called Starry Night, I was fortunate... the field was clear long enough for me to grab a few photos... with the 28 f/2 AI-s.

I'm not sure you knew or not, but Ben has moved to Rome.
I didn't know... do you have an idea whether/where he might be posting photos? I imagine he's deeply into the mirrorless world, but that still means our favorite lenses can be mounted. I'd love to see photos from Rome! And I imagine the meeting he and Phillipe occasionally mused about could actually become a reality. I miss them both!

Got a link to it? I could have used the NYT to bop him on the head (Dayton paper wouldn't even equal one section of NYT)

OK - So you advised me on cruises and you info is great. However with either option #1 or #2 NCL offered you are paying full fare on your next cruise. With option #1 they’ll be keeping half your money until you make another choice. Option #2 gives you the ability to pick another cruise line.

I am going on the cruise to the Bahamas on the 17th
but since we didn't go to Cuba they are refunding 50 % of my cost on the cruise to the Bahamas
and giving us 50% off on our next cruise
Option #2 is to get full refund and stay home
Option #1 is pretty sweet

Reagan as I see it you will already have paid half and then pay half again for the Bahama's cruise Two halves make a whole! Where is the discount?
