The give-away for me was the 24mm f3.5 PC-E attached to the camera., else I had no clue who I might have been.

Thanks for recent likes and comments - much appreciated.
Have not had much time to cull my infrared images.

Here is one with the D7100 IR & 24/2.8 NC combo where I achieved the black sky effect.

Hope the road to recovery is very short. Hand injuries suck! Happen at work?

Almost 10 years ago now, I was in two car accidents in one day. Dislocated both shoulders, broke both wrists, and broke both thumbs. My hands went through the steering wheel instead of around it...then the airbag deployed late. That was a fun 8 months.

It's snowing again in the Eastern Sierra, and Mammoth Mountain is hoping to stay open until July 4th. We'll see.

Not yet, but I have a plaster splint at the moment. Cooking is going to be interesting. Probably can't work like this either

Seems quite nice but I didn't have a problem with the D800 or D810 either.
I don't often use the dot in the viewfinder but judge the focus using the ground plastic (glass?) by splitting the focal points where the image blurs.

Nope. Happened in the driveway. Thankfully I landed on grass instead or I would be in a hospital bed. Bummer about two wrecks. Hoping this isn't the last straw for me.
