Sony A7RII + Fotasy adapter + Nikkor-PC 35mm f/2.8 ai-s hand held, ISO 100, f/8 (or f5.6) at 1/250s. 4-vertical shots pano.
That is a great pano Jose. I was looking for people walking across two shots but looks like the stitch didnt add any ghosts. Well done. I wonder how it would have looked for a sunset shot with lights.

The extreme corners on Sony body are not great
but I think it's good enough for my work .. if you're a pixel piper you will not be really impressed
Mabye it's better on a Nikon body
Ronny, thank you for the sample images. They look great!
I pay attention to lens performance so that I do not take a big hit if I decide to sell them. It also gives me a reasonable way to describe its performance if I am selling it. I think the copy I have matches your description. I am happy with it. The colors are very nice and it seems to tolerate the sun anywhere in the frame - remarkable.
I somehow missed posting this image. Taken in 2013 with my D7K and Nikkor 135mm f3.5 AI (oiled aperture) wide open.
the lizard is showing territorial aggression I believe.

First is an HDR with some cropping, second a full frame.
Some Q&D PP on the road.
No new pics? hmm.. Let me post another one from archive. I have no clue what lens I used in this case. on the D40, it has no information. Mf lens for sure. It could be the 50mm and almost nothing is in focus.
Here are a few 50/1.2 shots from the exhibition "Cuba Is" at the Annenberg Space for Photography in Los Angeles.
The show (which is in its last weekend) features images from a number of very good photographers, as well as good video and VR content. If you're in the area, you might want to check it out. It's free!
Chris, love your shots from Java. Will you also visit Bali while you are down there?
Reagan, nice beach shots. Can´t wait til it gets warmer here..
Colin, nice night shots.
Ronny, same here! Really nice night shots.
Luka, love your b/w shots. I just bought the 55/3.5 too, it´s truly a gem.
José, that is a massive pano. Coll shot!
Ram, nice oof shots. I bought a mint copy of the D40. I have not even used it once. You remind me that I gotta go out and shoot some with it. Beautiful work with the Nikkor-Q 200mm too.
Jeff, nice ones from the gallery with the 50/1.2.
Ben, nice to see you back posting. Love the Leighton shot

......
Thanks Kristian.
No Bali this time, we're in Singapore now.
We were in the very East of Java; Surabaya, Malang, Kalibaru, Yogyakarta.
We've been to Bali already a few times. 1 time a 2,5 week rondtrip and one time a few days in Sanur at the end of a 3 weeks roundtrip to the small Sunda Islands.
