(Did FM change something on the website or did my browser start being different after an update? Everything looks different. Not sure I like it.)

In a week I shall turn 78. I had heard it said that one should never complain about growing old because it is a privilege not everyone gets. Had my annual physical two days ago and was struck by something my doctor said. We were discussing the need to get regular exercise to maintain muscle mass when she said "Growing old is not for sissies." It was a challenge and a truth. Something to think about.
