Yes, the Z8 is a bit bigger so I decided to leave it at home.
My Z8 doesn't fit easily into my little Peak Design 6L sling bag and carrying a larger backpack around the Strip is not recommended. Most venues have very strict no-bag policies so the camera has to remain in the hotel room on occasion.
I'm now trying On1Raw AI 2025 for PP. It lists the fuji in cam profiles but they really don't match what I see in camera or what LR Classic sees. Even choosing the correct profile, the shots lack colour and are like unprocessed raw files.
Here's a couple waterfalls processed the best I could manage
I've been using On1 for a few years now and absolutely love it. I never use any of the camera profiles sticking only to their default one. They just keep making the software better and better.
Love 'em, Jim, I need to get feeders going here, but no trees out front anymore. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, a package is now en route to me... hopefully I'll be able to get shots of its contents this weekend.

EDIT - looks like I need to clean the D7200 sensor

Why is carrying a back pack not recommended?
Precautionary measure that I read about from multiple sources on the internet related to photography in Vegas.
A camera backpack could make you a target for pickpockets in the crowds.
Main reason is that backpacks are not allowed in the big venues. SLR or mirrorless cameras are not evident at all so using one makes you really stand out. Having said that, a current top of the range iPhone is worth a lot more than my D610 or Z6ii.

It's funny how perspective changes. I carried the D800 around for a decade, but am now holding the Z7ii as my largest camera body I want to deal with. In conjunction with the (mostly) shrinking sizes of Z equivalents of my F-mount travel zooms, it has been quite a change in carrying bulk and weight.
With George trading in his Z8 for size concerns, Colin leaving the Z8 home for travel, and maybe someone else I respected here on FM selling off their Z8 due to bulk (may be on a different FM thread), this may be one of those rare times that this thread has saved me money by reinforcing my concern about equipment bulk :-).
Boy, you can tell some of the regulars are missing......

That's quite an endorsement Leighton. Have you been paying for the updates since you've used it for a few years now? Even though output is mostly the grey matter behind the lens, your output shows that the software is not a limitation or at least gets out of the way enough. It's on a "sale" now, and it sure looks like Adobe will be raising the Adobe tax on my plan really soon.

Hey Ray, I paid for one of their yearly upgrades 24 to 25. I loved Lightroom, but I hated the subscription. On1 does a lot more than LR does. There is a learning curve, but watching Youtube videos makes it easier.
Z6ii & 50/2 HC
Single vertical frame with LR noise reduction applied to an iso 3200 shot.
Viewpoint is the top (4th) floor of the Bellagio's parking garage.
Rafael, excellent photos with the circular fisheye. Those lenses are never boring.
James, great captures of the Blue Jay.
Andy, excellent photographs specially the first.
Ruben congratulations on the 35/1.4.
Colin, nice capture and have fun in Sin City.I have never visited.
Mike, welcome to the forum and nice photo with the 28/2.8 AIs.
Prague, Old Town Square. It is the most visited area of the Czech Capital with Charles Bridge running a close second.
The famous Astronomical Clock (ca 1410) and Church of our Lady before Tyn (14th-16th centuries). The larger right tower is named Adam and the smaller, Eve.
St. Nicholas Church, 1737.
Marian Column, original was built in 1650 and torn down in 1918. The current version was completed in 2020.
Looks like a majestic place Serge.
On our ‘places to visit’ list.
We were chatting to a couple from there on a trip to the Valley of Fire yesterday. They were really encouraging us to visit Prague and the surrounding area

They say, "one thing leads to another" - or was that a song lyric?
I went back over the Ikoflex lenses, glued some loose, and missing leatherette, and tackled the view finder which I was scared to do - So, now I am going to add silvering (making mirrors) to my box of tools (very very small scale). I also got into conditioning, polishing, and sewing old leather camera cases, because all the best condition cameras lived in their original case. Here are some finished TLRs and their cases. All shot with the D800 and the 28mm f2.8 ais
