Regina, great photographs and colors of awesome scenery. Thanks for the tour!
FDNY Ladder 10 established in 1865 were the first responders to the 9-11 attacks. The firehouse was heavily damaged but not destroyed. The doors are normally closed but not so on Saturday. Had to settle for angled shots as there were too many folks waiting their turn for selfies.
Lovely views Regina, despite living in the UK for 40 years I never went to Ireland. Very similar to Wales and Scotland, and NZ though.
Here's a shot of the most recent aurora here from my time in Aoraki / Mt Cook NP.
I got a message from my DiL asking if I was on the lookout for them so left the van, took a pic and bam there they were (only slightly visible to the naked eye).
This is the White Horse Campsite right near Mt Cook. I walked over and put my head torch in the Camp Kitchen to light up the windows. You can actually see the aurora reflected in some of the sky lights.
GFx50S + PC 28mm f3.5, ISO1600, 30 secs.
Check out the Small and Large Magellanic Clouds and Milky Way on the right with the Southern Cross, Coal Sack nebula and Carina nebula.

We nearly went a day without an image. Regina to the rescue. Just make it a zig zag around the world. Home->Brazil->Ireland->Oz->Japan->Home.
Not Japan this time! I went to Japan in 1996; unfortunately, at that time, I had a Canon, not a Nikon.
