in celebration, several prior postings with some of my favorite lenses. Can't help doing it, but it is really a way to thank you for sharing of yourselves all this time. The size of the page is per posting not per photo, room for many more!!! Fill it up!!
We need to thank him profusely for starting this adventure and praise him for his efforts and foresight ....
What a man !!
It is a pleasure to visit this forum and see all the images you great photographers have burned to your memory cards and film over the last few years.
For the relatively short time that I have been visiting, I have enjoyed the fantastic pictures and the growth of all in their pursuit of better images and post production control.
Thank you Curtis and thank you all participants for making this a delightful experience.
Yay!! 6000 pages, congratulations and great work everyone!
Not much done here except today I took a small walk in the park with the camera hangin around my neck. For the first time in a long while. Being able to use just my right hand I took a few macros using my hand to pull the camera back and forth to find focus...
It´s quite frustrating not being able to use my camera or fishing equipment properly, but today I conquered and managed to take a few shots. My left hand is slowly getting better, which means I´ll be able to get out more and less likely to put the hand at risk
Here´s a couple from today with the Ai´d NC-24 f/2.8 (which I recently bought from Chris) and the 12mm Vivitar extension ring.
Hi Folks, I have not been around for a time, except to visit and look at all the wonderful photos here.
Having said that, I want to be a part of 6000, so here are a few photos. Every spring, wife and I visit
Cumberland Maryland, and walk on the old and elegant street there, Washington Street. Here are some of what
my favorite year was, 2013, all taken with the AIs 105 2.5 and my D200,except the first one, I used the AI 28/3.5.
Here are some recent film shots, with a Nikon F3T and Portra 160. Scanned on a Epson v800 with Vuescan and colorPerfect. the lenses are either a Nikon 50 1.2 AIS and/or a Zeiss 2/35 zf.2. Note: my last Portrait 160 for a while. I have embarked on a Portra 400 half box speed and 1 stop + on my F6 learning curve. Will be adding a "new" 55 1.2 SC to these experiments when it arrives...

Few more posts toward 120.000...
I wonder if any of you observed that the new D7500, while having very nice improvements have also two major drawbacks... just one single SD card slot and... no more support for unchipped lenses... that's a big mistake IMHO... The list of other technical characteristics is very sweet but...
