When I went out for a walk yesterday it was drizzle rain and fog. So I didn't go far.
I was initially thinking black and white but decided to go with the muted range of greens on this shot. Nikkor 75mm H·C for Bronica lens. 1x2 aspect (no 4x5 Doug )
Thanks Rafael & Andy, agree the greens were enjoyable that morning, I guess it’s the spring colors. As far as the roots, I think it might partly be erosion from the creeks, but they seem shallow regardless.
George, great shot in the mist. Always hard to get out it and I’m always uncomfortable about the gear.
And a random question… where do people host images? Flickr Pro test best game in town? George your question about a bigger copy got me thinking. I use Adobe to process and they’re in Lightroom but they don’t have galleries. Otherwise I just post here, don’t use other social media or platforms etc.

I like the muted colors. Looks like it's almost haying time.
I have been very busy with the end of the semester and TAs on strike!!!
My azaleas are blooming; I could not miss recording it.

I must admit I found a lot of the museum's vehicles to be almost too restored, too perfect, preferring stuff that has either been sympathetically restored or not restored at all.
Next up is Dodge, hopefully some less perfect subjects more interesting photographically.
An interesting story and history of the Dodge Brothers, the blue and white Star of David logo intrigued me (they were not Jewish though they were Methodists), their deaths, the involvement supplying early Fords and Oldsmobiles parts and chassis etc.

Andy,
Thanks for all the vintage car and truck photos. Learned something new about the Dodge brothers in that wiki link. Symbols get used, and rediscovered all the time - particularly geometric symbols. I learned from the Alhambra not to associate symbols with particular politics or religions. In Sydney Australia I saw a famous German WWII symbol in a maritime museum, and later in Wollongong at Nan Tien I saw the same symbol. Apparent it came from Sanskrit, and had a completely different meaning.

Noticed some pink Forget-Me-Nots a couple days ago, along with some other tiny yellow flowers. Good thing I'm ready for itty-bitty things. D850 with the EL-Nikkor 63mm f2.8 (Between 3-16 photo focus stacks)
My phone apps can't ID this yellow flower - six form in a ring around the stem every inch or so?
EDIT
I enabled Google lens. It was already installed, and it found the yellow flower immediately. It is yellow archangel.

I took Nippi for a drive Sunday evening and came across this scene. I shot this at f/11, but found that if you shoot wide open you get a nice glow to everything. I'll have to experiment with that once I find the right subject.
Now that is a nice Sunday afternoon location there. Much better now than when the July/Aug humidity and bugs arrive
When I shoot my version of Nippi wide open, I like black and white. My $.02
