Thanks for your kind words, Jim. I got the D7200 converted last summer. I had the unconverted camera sitting in my cupboard, going unused and looking plaintively at me whenever I went to take gear out. The selling price for the D7200 had gone so low that I didn't want to virtually give away such a great camera, and I didn't know anyone I wanted to just give it to. So I decided it would be nice to have a 720nM DSLR to go with my 590nM Fuji X-T2. As a result, I now have more photographic options instead of

I didn't think it got real cold where you are. Also, I love the second image.

The D800 FPS are not anything to brag about (3.8), but yesterday I got a 4 image burst of a house finch in dull blizzard weather - almost none of them in good focus. However, they have an artsy quality that I like. I have been naughty getting AF lenses, other items, and a camera for the day the eye sight was even worse. Now that I prepared - it starts getting better? They say confession is good for the soul.

James, I think the lemon tree found the septic seep field, lemons are tasty!

The thing about the Chipper is that my lot is on a hillside, moving a heavy one around is not easy, also my gardeners are busy and would need it to stay around for weeks. Cost me $2K.

If I buy a $2 or $3K 4" or 5" chipper it could last a few years, would take some time to mulch all the current brush but then the upkeep of all those palm fronds and new brush would be easier. Was hoping the east coast guys may which is a good brand.

I have few AF and AF-D Nikkor lens. Now I own a Z7-II, those AF Nikkor lens cannot auto focus because the Nikon FTZ does not have built-in motor, this effectively makes all my AF Nikkor lens manual focus lens. I am still trying out my AF lens with the FTZ. Do the AF-D lens count in this forum as manual focus lens if they are mounted in a Z body with the FTZ?

Thanks,

-TC

That would be a no. We try to limit them to just the manual glass.

Quite frankly Rafael, I wouldn't waste your money on a small chipper like that. They are too small to intake many branches at once and will take you forever to run a sizable pile through it. Not sure what the law is in your part of the country, but here we can burn brush piles. In fact, I just burned one the size of our kitchen and it was all gone in a couple of hours. You could also take them to the local landfill. Just my 2 cents.

Kevin is right, ONLY true manual focus Nikon lenses are allowed. But hey, that's easy. Buy yourself 1 or 20 and join us. You can get some REALLY cheap and they have a way of making your photography more interesting/fun.

Yup, I bought a balance board, balance ball thingy (the half ball thing), kettle bells in 5/10/15 pound increments, and some slant things for stretching, as I'm determined to keep my balance.
