Imagine the weight of this lens. I barely can manage my 500mm f4.
8.6 lb vs 6.6 for the 500 P, not that much more for more than double the FL. It would be a struggle to stabilize it, that tripod foot looks a bit meager. I have seen some folk here ( I remember Rafael has posted examples of very long focal lengths, and maybe Jose) get really good results
I wonder how bright the image is with F11 max aperture.
While I was visiting Olympic Park in early October, I noticed some arbutus trees, so I thought I would take a few shots. I don't know if these trees grow anywhere outside the Pacific Northwest, I only know that I've never seen them anywhere else. These photos are brought to you by the 135 f/2.8 QC (first three) and the 50 f/1.2 Ai-s (last one) aided by my Fuji X-T4 and Lens Turbo II.
Not far from Lisbon, it is the western most point of continental Europe. It is a popular destination for locals and tourists and offers terrific views.

This is my contribution to pushing the page along.
It stopped raining so we went for a walk in the 'hood.
The public footpaths and by-ways were pretty muddy so we decided to stick to the back roads.
Quite fortunate to be able to walk out the door and have open countryside on our doorstep.
